Return Process

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your boots for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
